Wonderfully tender venison fillet or Loin -prime cut.

Weight of this fillet is approx. 400g, and feeds 4 people depending on portion size.

For best results bring to room temperature, drizzle with olive oil and season. Brown fillet in hot pan all over for about 2 minutes then put in hot oven or Aga for 3 to 5 minutes depending on cooking preference. It is easily cooked on a BBQ but don’t cremate it!
